SPECIAL EDITION: PDM deposes yaoshiiscool from Chairman

KUALA LUMPUR, 6 NOVEMBER - An unprecedented coup in the party of democracy.

The Weekly Edition received multiple reports by whistleblowers that the Party Leadership Council of Parti Demokratik Malaysia has forcefully deposed yaoshiiscool from the position, or in other words, a party coup.

The Weekly Edition received a total of seven pieces of evidence from the whistleblowers. According to the first report by the whistleblower, it was said that “the Party Leadership Council (PLC) and elements of the government have decided that yaoshiiscool is no longer fit to lead”.

The Weekly Edition understands that a memorandum was made by the PLC suggesting an immediate party leadership election be held under the party’s constitution. The memorandum was signed by six individuals in the PLC; the Secretary-General of the party Meer_ASPM, PLC Member AlfyJQuentin, Jimmy_boy58, and supported by Internal Affairs Department Officer (IADO) Avillion_F1, SP3CTR3_Triton and the founding chairman of the party PROBLOXALIEN. All three members who “supported” the memorandum are ministers within His Majesty’s Government, who, as ministers of the Government were specifically tasked in bringing "reformation" to stabilise the political situation of Malaysia.

The Weekly Edition also understands that feedback on yaoshiiscool’s leadership was also made by the Secretary-General of the party, Meer_ASPM. According to Meer_ASPM’s feedback report, a total of seventeen individuals took part in the feedback, two of them are in the PLC. Meer, in the report, concludes that yaoshiiscool “still has the trust of party members” though the margin of the respondents is small. He also advised holding a leadership election “as supported” by the PLC and party members, though TWE cannot find evidence that party members supported this, taking into account the small margin of voters; seventeen respondents out of roughly 130 members of Parti Demokratik Malaysia. This leaves a feedback of big margin of error and neglection of other party members, directly contradicting Meer_ASPM's report.

Such feedback and memorandums were made and another screenshot shows the feedback report as shown by previous exhibits However, the original document was deleted but the provided evidence by the whistleblower was conserved and reuploaded. Although the motive is unknown as to why a report of feedback is deleted, it does raise questions to the PLC as to what they are trying to cover.

The following evidence shows a statement by yaoshiiscool. The Weekly Edition confirms the signature is legitimate after comparing the signature to other documents signed by yaoshiiscool. According to this statement, yaoshiiscool was sent the memorandum by the PLC at approximately 11:30 PM on the 5th of November. The statement drifts from fact to opinion in the second paragraph, where he believes that this coup is associated with the veterans or "old guard" of the party. He assumes that the memorandum came after he "criticised the Interim Government for failing to respond to inquiries regarding the rotary election for the United Nations Security Council". He further adds that "although correlation does not necessarily mean causation, I think the relationship here is too significant to ignore". He condemns the "perpetrators of this overthrow of leadership and principles for their own greed and benefit" and to let the following events "serve as a warning to all about what the government has the power to control" and "as a warning of the potential suppression that the government can have on its people".

The Weekly Edition concludes that the internal affairs and the existing leadership of the party itself are under fire. After careful deduction and analysis, it may be concluded that this is a “coup”. It is a disturbing and ironic fact that current-serving Ministers of His Majesty’s Government, tasked with stabilising a scarred country, are directly involved in party affairs.

A party of democracy, fallen short of democracy. A reformation, slowly turning into a deformation.
